The Akatsuki
The Akatsuki (meaning "Dawn or "Daybreak") is an organisation compiled of S-Rank missing nins. They are the most wanted, if not most feared criminal's in the whole of the ninja world. There main mission seems to be to bring together all 9 Bijuu's to create a weapon for world domination. However the Akatsuki play a small role in part 1, only revaling them selves when Uchiha Itachi and Hoshigaki Kisame corner Naruto. Little snippets are mentioned however refering to Uchiha Itachi and Orochimaru mentioning that they were members. During part 2 (Shippuden) however, The Akasuki play a much heavier role, becoming the primary protagonists. There are no more than 10 members of Akatsuki at any given time, all of which are highly dangerous, S-Rank missing nins from a variety of villages. The Akatsuki move around in 2 man cells/squads (except for their sspy Zetsu who works alone.), The squads members are usually pitted together to make best use of there unique abilities (i.e Hidan and Kakuzu). Many of the Akatsuki's members have problems with each other and don't get on very well (i.e Deidra and Tobi), but the manage to get on well enough to accomplsih the mission. The Akatsuki are VERY rarely assembled together in one place (as noted at the end of part 1) and often converge with the use of the Gentoshin no Jutsu (Astral Projection Jutsu). This Jutsu is often used in the sealing of a Bijuu or during the extration of a Bijuu from a Jinchuriki. When a squad has found a Bijuu/Jnchuriki they ,must travel to the nearest of their worldwide hideouts and begin the 3-Day-Long sealing jutsu. The Akatsuki are easily spotted due to there black cloaks with red clouds and red lined collars, and some times a straw hat with a bell depending on their location or the weather. They all also wear a white ring with a red center peice. Each member wears the ring on a different finger. Members
